How do you ensure the freshness of your baked goods during shipping?
All SugarHi Boca treats are baked to order and heat-sealed in food-grade packaging. We use insulated liners and cold packs for temperature-sensitive items to ensure they arrive at your door tasting bakery-fresh.
Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free options?
While we offer products made without gluten or nuts, all our items are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. We recommend those with severe allergies exercise caution.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 1-3 days depending on your location relative to our Boca Raton kitchen.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely! We love creating custom dessert platters and gift boxes for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. Please contact our team via the 'Custom Orders' page at least two weeks in advance.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
How should I store my SugarHi treats once they arrive?
Cookies and brownies are best kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, most of our treats can be frozen for up to 3 months.
